A close collaboration with the client team at every stage of the project

From the very beginning, we establish a PROJECT TEAM to work with the client and its associates throughout the project. The team is composed of a developer, technical engineers and a sustainable development project head. Then, at every stage of the project, other BARJANE team members (lawyers, financiers, properties managers, etc.) join the group in order to lend their expertise to the service of the program. Depending on the complexity of the operation, consultants or specialist research groups join the team at no additional cost to the client.

BARJANE establishes the project costing, matching the clients expressed requirements. Our main concern is to provide the highest performance and most competitively priced building. We advise our clients in the choice of building profile and its equipment and facilities in order to achieve the budget objectives. Of course we work on both the total investment costs but also the operating maintenance costs.
A priority for BARJANE is to scrupulously follow the timetable established by the client. Depending on client requirements, we can phase a project to allow for the relocation from various sites and the increasing size of the new operation. On the other hand, we are also able to implement our own rapid building process where there is an urgent need for fast delivery. Our team will adapt to your planning.

Working long term with the client

Once the project has been completed, we maintain the assets of the building and take care of its management with our teams. We do not outsource this activity to third parties as we regard it as a strategic requirement. We keep the contact with the client and are able to advise on the maintenance and management of technical equipment. We are also able to provide support in the event of modifications, updates or adaptations. We ensure that the BARJANE team members continue to be involved in the operation of the building.

A land bank for our clients

BARJANE holds 300 hectares of available land on which authorisation has already been obtained. This land bank is in addition to our current solutions and therefore is available immediately for a turnkey project. By controlling the land with existing authorisation to build and operate (ICPE), this allows for a quick and secure planning process for a turnkey project.
