Supported by BARJANE, the Parc des Aiguilles project aims to rehabilitate a polluted area, which has been prone to anti-social behaviour for many years, and to transform it into a 62-hectare sustainable logistics park at the gateway to Marseille.
The 592,015 sqft logistics platform developed for Action and its logistics partner Geodis is part of a sustainable approach with building designed to optimise the footprint with its 12 metres height and 118,403 sqft mezzanine.
Action is the most dynamic international non-food discounter with over 2,000 shops in 10 countries. Action makes products accessible to all by offering a range of 6,000 top quality products at low prices, including 1,500 products for less than one euro. The building in Ensuès-la-Redonne allows the company to establish a long-term presence in the region and to bring its stocks closer to its 50 shops in the South of France.
