The Parc des Bréguières represents a new generation of logistics parks committed to sustainable development. Designed, developed, and managed by BARJANE, it aims to combine technical and economic performance, the creation of a pleasant working environment for users, and respect for the environment. On the 60 hectare site, we have developed more than 2,540,282 sqft of logistics space, comprising 11 buildings: logistics platforms, distribution centres, courier services, business facilities and a tertiary zone. Park-wide events and activities are organised annually for the 1300 users of the site.
The park is home to the high value-added logistics activities of major groups and local players: LIDL, Carrefour, Thalès, La Poste, Colissimo, GLS, Dachser, Eurotranspharma, CIC, Manpower, Actual and Crit. These customers benefit from quality facilities and a dedicated 24/7 BARJANE management team.
